yes, they are. At least in the U.S. That and I think Europe doesn't use youtube as much as Vimeo? That and they might have another set of youtube videos available to them. I know a lot of older youtubes opened up over the years that I couldn't see until recently, they were just unavailable to me. I'm not sure if that's the way it works, but I think certain areas are only allowed to watch certain videos.. etc..depending on the label and where it was uploaded.
Its so hard for me to come to terms that no one knows who Plaid are. Its okay, maybe we can band together <3
